Terms of Service (“Terms”)

Welcome to Booking Good, operated by Born Brave EOOD (EIK 205216908). These Terms govern your access to and use of:
- The Booking Good websites (e.g. bookinggood.net, sport.bookinggood.net, bookinggood.bg)
- Any client-branded sites powered by our platform
- The Booking Good mobile applications
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the Service.
1. Who’s Who
- Born Brave EOOD (“we,” “us”): Platform operator.
- Service Providers: Businesses or individuals who offer services and accept bookings/orders through our Service.
- End Users: Visitors who browse, book or place orders with Service Providers via our Service.
2. Your Account & Registration
2.1 End Users
- Provide name, email, phone number.
- Personal data is kept private and only shared with a Service Provider when you submit a booking or order request.
2.2 Service Providers
- Provide business name, address, email, phone, website, timezone, and details of offered services.
- This information is publicly displayed to help End Users decide which Provider to book.
2.3 Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Subscriptions & Fees
- Certain features of the Service require a paid Subscription (monthly or annual).
- Subscription fees are billed in advance and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Born Brave EOOD may change subscription pricing; we’ll provide at least 15 days’ notice for any material increase.
4. Booking, Ordering & Cancellations
- Booking Requests: When you submit a request, the Service Provider receives your contact info and may accept, decline or propose a different time.
- Cancellations & No-Shows: Each Service Provider sets their own cancellation policy. It is your responsibility to review and comply with that policy when booking.
5. Payments
5.1 Standard Payment Flow
Where enabled, you may pay the Service Provider directly through our integrated payment gateways.
5.2 myPOS Option
- Some Service Providers offer payments via myPOS. When you select this option during checkout:
- Your payment is processed by myPOS and deposited directly into the Service Provider’s myPOS merchant store.
- Born Brave EOOD neither holds nor processes these funds—it simply facilitates the redirect to the myPOS payment page.
- You must comply with myPOS’s terms of service and privacy policy (linked at the payment page).
5.3 Refunds & Disputes
- Refunds for payments made via myPOS are governed by the individual Service Provider’s refund policy and myPOS’s procedures.
- Any payment-related issues must be escalated directly to the Service Provider or to myPOS support.
6. Content & Conduct
- Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to content you post (e.g. photos, reviews). By posting, you grant us a license to use it solely to provide the Service.
- Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to engage in any unlawful, abusive or infringing behavior. We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend accounts at our discretion.
7. Modifications & Termination
- Service Changes: We may add, modify or remove features; we’ll try to give at least 30 days’ notice before major changes.
- Termination: We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.
- Survival: Sections on Payments, Intellectual Property, Disclaimers and Liability survive any termination.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
- Third-party information: The Booking Good platform provides access to services offered by independent sports clubs. Born Brave EOOD is not responsible for the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of the information provided by such clubs.
- Club services: Born Brave EOOD is not a party to the agreements between users and sports clubs and is not liable for the quality, safety, or performance of the services provided.
- Reservations: The platform is not liable for cancelled, modified, or rejected reservations by clubs. Users are responsible for reviewing the cancellation policies of the relevant club.
- Incidents and damages: Born Brave EOOD is not liable for any injuries, incidents, or damages incurred during the use of services booked through the platform.
- Technical accessibility: The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to technical reasons. The operator shall not be held liable for damages arising from downtime or system errors.
- Financial liability: The total liability of Born Brave EOOD is limited to the value of the reservation subject to the dispute.
- Force majeure: The operator is not liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, internet outages, or similar events.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and share your personal data. Please review it carefully.
10. Links to Third-Party Sites
Our Service may link to third-party websites (e.g. payment processors like myPOS). We have no control over and assume no liability for any content, policies or practices of those sites.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 15 days’ notice by posting on our Site or emailing you. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Sofia.
